Illegal Taliban-controlled prison discovered in Afghanistan; 27 Afghanis found shackled, tortured

A secret and illegal prison operated by the Taliban was discovered near near Musa Qaleh in Helmand province, where U.S. forces have repeatedly faced off with Taliban insurgents.
