MANILA, Philippines - President Benigno Aquino III is tapping the services of his mother's former lawyer following Malacañang's latest judicial setback at the Supreme Court. Aquino said he invited former Court of Appeals Justice Magdangal Elma to help map out the executive branch's strategy after the High Court declared as unconstitutional Executive Order 1 creating the Truth Commission.
