Pango Pango, American Samoa: Congratulation to Cadet Vaha'i Latu of the West Point Class of 2011. By no mean, to take away anything from Vaha'i's accomplishment, but there were other Tongans graduates from West Point; there was a David Rotorua Lousiale Kava, Class of 2009, and before David, there were the Taumoepeau brothers, and there may have been others. – Sione Lousiale Kava.
