A new study shows people who followed these four healthy lifestyle habits reduced their risk of heart failure. 81% in women in 69% in men!
Here they are:
Don't smoke
Lose weight
Exercise regularly
Eat vegetables
I quit smoking at 30 after smoking off and on for 5 years. I'm horrified that I ever smoked...have not decided if I will admit it if my kids ever ask. I'm at a good weight and exercise at least 3x a week. My kids eat an amazing amount of veggies...I do not.
So more exercise and veggies for me! How are YOU doing with this list?
