What Changes Can It Make To Your Life, Oct 21, 2019

Let’s face it, the world is busy. There is more pressure on people than ever before to do more, on less sleep, and still take care of themselves. Over time, stress can turn into chronic stress, and chronic stress can then kick up the chance of heart attacks, high blood pressure. Not to mention that more people than even have anxiety and depression.

And there are a lot of things you can do to try and relax, unwind and find some calm. Millions of people are not turning to companies like Vida Plus for their CBD products. The information has been coming thick and fast about CBD, and every week there is a new benefit to consumption. So let’s take a look at some of the positive changes that can be seen when you add CBD into your diet.

Sleep
It might be one of the most critical points on here. When you sleep better, you feel refreshed and rejuvenated - ready for the day ahead. Even WHO reported in 2017 that there was emerging evidence that CBD may be useful for a number of conditions. In the report, it included chronic pain and anxiety - both of which mean we struggle with sleep.

It is worth noting that while you will likely sleep better, CBD does not make you drowsy or unable to sleep during the day - but instead supports your natural rhythm.

Focus
There is a big trend that many people are finding to their benefit. Because CBD doesn’t have the same effect as THC (you don’t get high), it is being microdoses or used as a supplement to help people achieve clarity. The calming impact that CBD has, combined with the support it gives your natural endocannabinoid system, can mean you are able to focus and be creative when you really need it.

Pain and Inflammation
For years cannabis itself has been used to help people with conditions like Lupus, MS, arthritis, and cancer. It helps them manage the side effects that the pharmaceuticals can give them. Like nausea and the inability to sleep. Research suggests that CBD dropped under the tongue (sublingual) and used topical may reduce inflammation and pain. The CBD works with the endocannabinoid system and interests with the pain signals that are sent. A study also suggested that it happened as quickly as three days after having CBD in their diet.

Stress and Anxiety
There are studies that are still looking into all of the interactions that happen when CBD is taken in a daily regimen. There is mounting evidence that a spectrum CBD oil, capsule, or tea will reduce Cortisol (the stress hormone). Less stress hormone, less stress - which can only be a good thing.

While there are a lot of different areas of anxiety and levels of suffering, CBD in a 400mg dose per day is likely to give the user a noticeable reduction in the symptoms. The origins of using CBD go back as far as 2000BE (as stated in a Vedic text). While THC may increase the anxiety a person may suffer, CBD has been shown to reduce the effects of anxiety - but only when it is in higher doses than you might get from the plant. Meaning that the best way to enjoy CBD and benefit from its properties is to take it in capsule, drops, or teas.

General
Of course, not everything that CBD will be used for will be for medicinal purposes. People who have busy lives might simply have trouble winding down, used to going at a considerable speed during the day CBD in tea or in food can help them relax and unwind properly. And relaxed people are typically happier people.

When considering using CBD, one should consider what the reason behind the usage is. Most people are looking to have a more relaxed life, something that is more enjoyable and if you can manage stress levels with something naturally then of course who wouldn’t choose to do that? So when it comes to the changes that CBD can make in your life, it should always be noted that CBD will support your natural endocannabinoid system with the everyday processes that we need to function. Improving sleep, stress management, and relieving symptoms of pain conditions is a big deal.

A final consideration is what dosage you should take. Like with anything, you should start with a lower dosage and work up to something that you find comfortable. Many people take up to a week to begin to feel the difference in their everyday lives.
