At least 15 militants were killed and five others injured in a fresh strike launched on Sunday by the Pakistani army in various areas of Upper Orakzai Agency in the country's northwest tribal area, reported local media Geo News.
According to the report, various suspected hideouts in Baliana, Torask and Torsamt were pounded in the Sunday's fresh action by the Pakistani security forces, leaving at least four militant hideouts destroyed.
The army has also launched a search operation in Orakzai and suspected vehicles and individuals are being thoroughly searched, said the report.
