While the United States and much of the Western world rejoiced at the news of al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden's death and at the same time increased security to combat possible terrorist retaliations, Czech officials agreed that the United States, Europe and the world are much safer as a result of the covert CIA operation that eventually led to the death of the 9/11 mastermind.
