NORRISTOWN â The Montgomery County Health Department issued an advisory that a county resident who traveled to Nigeria in Africa has contracted a case of measles and visited three locations in the area while in an infectious state. Nigeria is currently experiencing a measles outbreak, according to the Health Department.
