"An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale was reported on the territory of Bulgaria late on Monday. The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre said the epicenter of the tremor has been registered 210 kilometers south-east of the capital Sofia, in the region of the town of Kardzhali, Southern Bulgaria.
