Let’s face it, the world is busy. There is more pressure on people than ever before to do more, on less sleep, and still take care of themselves. Over time, stress can turn into chronic stress, and chronic stress can then kick up the chance of heart attacks, high blood pressure. Not to mention that more people than even have anxiety and depression.
Life is busy. In fact, life is so busy that often we are so concerned with getting work finished, taking care of children, school runs, errands, bills and trying to get enough sleep that other areas of our health fall by the wayside. And, when you think about it, that is pretty sad.
