NEWSCORE - Plans for a museum to commemorate the victims of 9/11 have sparked mixed emotions among relatives and survivors, the Times Herald-Record reported Friday.
Nine years have passed since 2,752 people died when two hijacked planes crashed into the Twin Towers.
