Fitial, Inos rift since July, Saipan

After decades of friendship, Gov. Benigno R. Fitial and Lt. Gov. Eloy S. Inos have not been talking to each other and have not been seen publicly together since July over the first reinstatement of Ambrosio Ogumoro as Department of Public Safety deputy commissioner that led to the resignation of the lieutenant governor's daughter, as well as on differing views on awarding government contracts, Capital Hill sources said.
