SPEAKER Froilan C. Tenorio on Saturday said he will agree to remain at his post “if the majority wants me to stay and if they have the votes.”
Tenorio, Covenant-Saipan, said it is the House that will decide who will be speaker.
“I am not very happy with the way it is,” he said, referring to his office’s “lack of funding.”
